On demand training school on meta-analysis: 17-18 June 2024

The first Training School of Root-Benefit was successfully delivered to participants by Julia Koricheva, Professor of Ecology at the Royal Holloway University of London. During two full days of lectures and practical sessions, the methodology for conducting a meta-analysis using examples in the metafor package in R was introduced. The learning goals of the Training School were competence to conduct a meta-analysis and interpret the results of published meta-analyses, including the ability (a) to formulate questions for systematic review / meta-analysis (b) to conduct meta-analysis using R.
